LittleHornet IndexTTS2.5 Japanese compatibility dictionary

Contains the 5475-byte unk.dic used by the local IndexTTS2.5 pipeline and original license notices. Reuses all other assets from the original MeCab/UniDic-Lite package. This isolated repository does not change other products' dictionaries. Verify model-manifest.json hashes before use. Not an independent TTS model.
